Company Secretaries (Amendment) Regulations, 2020
MINISTRY OF CORPORATE AFFAIRS (MCA) vide notification /

dated 03rd February 2020, has published the Company Secretaries (Amendment) Regulations, 2020 to amend the
Company Secretaries Regulations, 1982.
In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of
the section 39 of the Company Secretaries Act, 1980 (56 of 1980), the Council,
with the approval of the Central Government, hereby makes the Company Secretaries (Amendment)
Regulations, 2020 further to amend the Company Secretaries Regulations,
1982.
Applicability:
They shall come into force on the date of their final
publication in the Official Gazette.
