MCA update on NBFC Annual Filings dated 31.01.2020

MCA Update on NBFC Annual Filing :

Relaxation of additional fees and extension of last date of filing of AoC-4 NBFC (Ind AS) and AoC-4 CFS NBFC (Ind AS) for FY 2018-19 under the Companies Act, 2013 -

MCA vide general circular No. 02/2020 dated 31.01.2020 has introduced two new forms on MCA Portal.

1.      AOC – 4 NBFC (Ind AS)                 - deployed w.e.f. 31.01.2020

2.      AOC – 4 CFS NBFC (Ind AS)         – deployed w.e.f. 17.02.2020

And it has been to extend the last date for filing AOC-4 NBFC (Ind AS) and AOC-4 CFS NBFC (Ind AS) for all eligible Companies for the FY 2018-19 without additional fees till 31^st March, 2020.
