Followings can be Authorized Signatory of the Company/ LLP :

·        Director

·        Managing Director

·        Company Secretary of the Company not professionals in Practice - Practicing professional can't be appointed as Authorized Signatory

·        Designated Partner / Partner'
- CFO (Chief Financial Officer) of the Company 

File the Form via entering details of :

·        DIN

·        PAN

·        Membership Number

In case Professional details entered in Authorized Signatory Following error will come:

Membership Number ……………….  is not associated with the CIN ………………………………...
