MCA EXTENDS DUE DATE OF FILING OF FORM NFRA -2

MCA Extends due date  of Filing of Form NFRA -2

MINISTRY OF CORPORATE AFFAIRS vide General Circular No. O7/2O2O dated 06.03.2020, has extended the due date of Fling MCA E-Form NFRA -2 .

In continuation of the Ministry's General Circular No. 14/2019 dated 27.11.2019 and after due examination, it has been decided that

the time limit for filing of Form NFRA-2, for the reporting period Financial Year 2018-19' will be 150 days from the date of deployment of this form on the website of National Financial Reporting Authority (NFRA).

New Due date of Filing Form NFRA – 2 is :
