Company Auditor's Report Order (CARO), 2020 notified on 26.03.2020.

·       Overview

MINISTRY OF CORPORATE AFFAIRS (MCA) vide notification / Gazette id No. CG-DL-E-26032020-218923 and S.O. 1219(E) issued dated 25^th March, 2020 and published dated 26^th March, 2020, has published Company Auditor's Report Order (CARO), 2020.

·       Applicability:

They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette, i.e. 26^th day of March, 2020.

Notification Text:

In the order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Corporate Affairs number S.O. 849(E), dated the 25^th  February, 2020, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), dated the 25^th  February, 2020, in paragraph “2. Auditor’s report to contain matters specified in paragraphs 3 and 4”, for the words and figures “1st April, 2019”, the words and figures “1st April, 2020” shall be substituted.
